@ fedzh, I don't think so.. no one has been banned for paid posts yet plus you cannot make successive paid posts, right? That would be against the TOS of most paid posts agencies....

Try contacting google and have them review the site again for you and get it out of that classification hopefully it works because google is the main stay and if you lose that you should just start the blog over

what is a spam blog anyway? Just a while ago I'm thinking of making another blog like an acquaintance who has 3 or more blogs just for the sake of paid posts. I guess sooner or later google will ban it for not having "quality" posts? is that it?

Nice to know though what to do in case this happens to you, I have only 40 posts but still it would be terrible to lose all that. Thanks for the advice, but next time can you post why your blog was (supposedly) set off by the system as spam.
